A boss will never be truly fought if it can't reach its true potential

In "BossleUp!", you play as a bounty hunter taking down bosses, ranging from mildly annoying entities to giant-scale monsters of destruction. This roguelike game is a true test of skill, and you have all the bragging rights if you manage to win!   

Basic Controls: 

W/A/S/D: Movement

SPACE: Jump 

K: Attack / Interact 

Information: 

This game was created in under 2 months for a school project. I haven't had as much time to balance the game, so some aspects might be a bit unbalanced. But if people enjoy this, I would really like to expand upon and refine it (adding new bosses, items, mechanics). I have many ideas, but what I have now will do well as a first project. Leave any feedback if you enjoyed this prototype. Thanks!

Known bugs: 

  • The game can crash on certain browsers, even with good performance. Although the cause is uncertain, it may be due to browser add-ons or settings. 
  • Some items don't stack like the bad temper gourd, making it useless to buy multiple 
  • Entering a boss fight too fast can bug the game out, making it unplayable
